SHINE is a PreK--5th Grade ministry at Philadelphia Baptist Church, based on Matthew 5:16 which tells us to "let our light SHINE before others". With this express goal we've designed SHINE as a discipleship-based program that seeks to teach children about who God is through Scripture, and what it means to live the Christian life!  Our SHINE ministry meets on Wednesdays at 6:30pm to run concurrently with our Wednesday Service for adults and IMPACT for youth. A typical night of SHINE consists of a game that helps the children visualize and understand the lesson better, opportunities to worship, and time of Bible study that digs into God's Word to show kids how to be Christ followers.
